How can I place an order?

Ordering at Supak is easy, you can simply add your orders to the shopping cart, and then check out without paying in advance. You pay when you receive the items. Then, our team will quickly reach you by phone or text to confirm delivery details. If you need any other assistance, please text or call or email us, our team will be more than happy to serve all your needs.

What are the methods of payment?

We accept Cash, Cheque, and E-transfer to (supaktrading@gmail.com) at the moment. Debit and Credit card payment will be accepted in the near future.

What is your return policy?

Any return products may subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Original receipt, unopened products in resalable condition, may be accepted for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Any problems with the products received should be notified to us immediately within 7 days.

What is your delivery schedule?

We offer free next business day delivery within GTA area only at the moment, we will deliver more areas in the future. In some cases, you will notified if there are any unforseen delays to your order.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, we are currently offering free delivery to GTA customers with a minimum order of $300 before tax.

Can I pick up the order instead of delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not provide pick-up right now. If you require special accomodations, please contact us.
